李建戌,2005年毕业于山东师范大学,获得理学学士学位;2012年毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所,获得理学博士学位。2012年到2015年,先后于美国加州大学伯克利分校和中国科学院植物生理生态研究所进行博士后研究。2015年11月到2023年3月在中国科学院分子植物科学卓越创新中心/植物生理生态研究所历任助理研究员、副研究员。于2023年4月加入中国科学院分子植物科学卓越创新中心辰山科研中心,担任代谢调控结构生物学组青年课题组长。曾获赛诺菲-中国科学院上海生命科学研究院优秀青年人才奖,入选中国科学院青年创新促进会会员及中国科学院特聘骨干,主持中国博士后基金面上一等资助、国家自然科学基金的青年基金和面上项目、上海市绿化和市容管理局科学技术项目等。研究方向为植物天然产物代谢与结构生物学,聚焦植物代谢物的合成及调控过程,研究关键酶的催化和分子调控机制,在Cell Research、PNAS、Progress in Lipid Research、Biochemical Journal、Plant Communications、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology和Frontiers in Plant Science等国际知名期刊发表论文25篇,申请及授权专利3项。
研究领域
利用蛋白晶体学、冷冻电镜技术、生物化学以及植物遗传及生理学等技术方法,从事植物重要代谢物(萜类、黄酮类化合物等)生物合成途径中关键酶和调控因子及其复合体的组装、催化和调控机制研究,进而进行酶工程改造及合成生物学应用。
