研究领域

主要从事蕨类植物生殖生物学、蕨类植物资源植物学和蕨类植物功能基因及次生代谢产物代谢方面的研究。具体方向包括,蕨类植物配子体发育与有性生殖研究,蕨类植物花粉形成与无性生殖研究,蕨类次生代谢产物分离、纯化、鉴定与活性研究,蕨类黄酮代谢功能基因的克隆、功能与调控研究。

王全喜 男,理学博士,教授,博士生导师。1982年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学,199410月至19954月在比利时根特大学淡水生态实验室学习,1998年评为教授,19995月来上海师范大学工作。现任上海师范大学学科建设与科学研究委员会主任委员,上海市协同创新中心“植物种质资源开发中心”主任,应用生态研究所所长,环境科学与工程博士后流动站负责人。兼任中国植物学会理事,中国藻类学会常务理事,中国蕨类植物协会名誉会长,上海市植物学会副理事长,教育部“生物科学”专业教学指导委员会委员,《中国孢子植物志》编辑委员会委员等职。

主持国家自然科学基金6项,国家自然科学基金重大项目子课题2项,国家科技基础研究专项子课题2项;上海市基础研究重点项目3项,其他科研项目10余项;在国内外期刊上发表论文200余篇;主编教材1部,主编和参编学术著作7部;获发明专利6项; 2006年获上海市科技进步二等奖1项,2001年获湖北省自然科学二等奖1项,1995年获黑龙江省教委科技进步一等奖1项,黑龙江省科技进步三等奖1项。
